Pre-order products are not currently available. The delivery date is not guaranteed and is subject to changes that are not dependent on Carcamp.

Following a purchase of a pre-order product Carcamp is not bound to respect a delivery date for the goods in question.

Carcamp guarantees a full refund of all costs incurred in the event that after 4 months from the order the shipment has not been made. To request a refund, the customer can send a communication to the address: carcamp.info@gmail.com

For indicative purposes only, an indicative date could be provided calculated through an average of previous orders or information in the possession of Carcamp, which has no contractual significance.
